During lockdown I began running a weekly online writing group called Writing for Wellness. Each week people gathered to write, reflect, and share their stories during a time when the world felt uncertain and disconnected.

What began as a small creative experiment quickly became something more meaningful. Writing offered people a way to process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and find moments of calm in the midst of an anxious time.

This book grew out of those sessions. It explores the relationship between writing, creativity, and wellbeing, and invites readers to discover the quiet power of putting words on the page.
